Growing up made me realize most people do not have a life outside of consuming media. Nobody has hobbies anymore. If they do have hobbies, it is going somewhere to drink alcohol and consume media. Nobody works on cars, fishes, collects model trains, plays an instrument, collects stamps, skateboards, builds model aircraft, or hikes anymore.
They just watch movies.

Women are the worst with this btw. I have not met many women that actually has a hobby. They sit on their phone or watch Netflix. Theres not many women that actually enjoys doing something for fun. "Oh I'm a very outdoorsy person" >walks a paved trail once a month
Women that do have hobbies end up doing it for the wrong reason, too.

I legit had to hold back from cringing out loud. It sounds like an easy way for me to just torture myself for no gain at all.
